Hi everyone the scan today showed that the tumour has not grown and looks as though it has decreased in one part.
The doctors are very happy and said that we can return home very soon.
I would like to thank everyone in Houston who have been so nice to us especially all at the Embassy Suites Hotel who have been brilliant.
You all have made our stay so much easier than we thought it would be.
If we ever return to Houston which looks likely we will make sure to pop in to see all of you wonderful people.
To remember mine and Mayas birthday was a special touch thankyou all.
Thanks also to all the wonderful people at the Burzynski clinic and all the sports teams Astros,Rockets,Texans,Aeros,Blue Jackets and especially the DYNAMO for all the kind treats you gave Maya.
Melissa Wilson from Fox news you have been wonderful to us and thankyou for the day with the Dynamo it was great.
Thankyou to Gerra and her family for taking Mayas mind off her treatment and for the blessing that the church performed.
Thankyou to Charles Sheron for all your advice.
To all the people we met at the clinic I will make sure to keep in contact thanks for your freindship.
Thankyou Texas.
Now we move on to the next faze and another long period of treatment in the UK.
The treatment will be sent via fed ex to Harley street and given to Maya at the same times as in Texas.
We have to return to Houston in December for a check up and that will continue every four months for the next few years.

A birthday in Texas
The eight birthday of Maya took all our minds off the impending scan which will reveal wether the treatment we fought so hard to get has worked.
The day started with a trip to The Burzynski clinic.It was just a routine appointment consisting of blood tests and other checks.
The clinic all remembered Mayas birthday and those small details mean so much to us.
We were told to wait in a room for our doctor and five minutes later there was a knock at the door.In came four members of staff singing happy birthday and carrying a card and present.
Maya ripped open her present which was a barbie doll and a huge smile covered her face.
After all her checks were complete we got a lift from a fellow patient at the hospital and went back to our hotel.
Mayas mum answered the door and laughed as Maya had dollar bills pinned to her which is a tradition in Texas.Somehow I dont think it would catch on in the UK as someone would wrip it off as soon as you walked out of your front door.
Maya opened all her presents and was happier than I have seen her for a long time.For a moment it felt as though we were at home.
I then took Maya to her favourite shop Libby Lu.Maya had a makeover and was given a signed Hannah Montana poster as a present from the Libby Lu staff.
The biggest suprise of all was to come.We booked a hotel for Maya which she has loved for the last three months.Everytime she walked past this hotel she would say I wish we were staying there.

Thankyou all so much for the Birthday wishes here and on Facebook.
Maya met all the Houston Dynamo players today and got lots of goodies.
John Spencer gave us a lift home the ex Chelsea player who is now there assistant coach.
He was wonderful and so were all the players who treated her like a queen.
Maya will be on Fox News again tonight as they were there today when she met all the players.
Thankyou so much Sophie you are wonderful Maya giggled when I told her she is really grateful.
See everyone soon and hope to meet up Angela that will be great.
