Hi everyone.
Maya has a scan now confirmed as 4th August.
We are quite worried at the moment and cant seem to shake of the butterflies in the stomach.
We really hope this is working if it hasnt worked they will advise a different combination of similar medicines and some IV treatments.
Maya seems so well I just hope that it is a sign of the tumour not being progressive.
We are really missing home and are living each day as it comes.The novelty of a new place we have never been to has now worn off and we are getting quite stressed.
I will let you all know how the scan goes it is going to be a busy few days for us take care for now

Glad to hear that Maya is doing well.The photos are good. I'm not so sure about you though posing by the waterfall. It's not long before the ice hockey season starts so I expect to see you all at Romford supporting the Raiders ASAP.Love to you all.

Hi Geoff I thought you had alot of communicating to do via the website lol dont seem to be communicating.
Anyway things good Maya has two days off the clinic and is back on Monday.
She is in good spirits and will be looking forward to celebrating her birthday in Houston but is happy that she will have two birthdays this year as when she returns to UK we will celebrate again.
Not sure if people know the message board is back.

Hi everyone
Its good to have message board back again.
We are still in Houston and hope to get home for a while in mid august.
I will need to return anyway due to work.
We are having a scan on 2nd August and I really hope we get the result we want otherwise we will need to be here longer.
We miss home like crazy but have made some really good freinds here in Houston.
I really miss everyone and so does Tasha and the kids.We just hope everyones hard work has a good result.
